  • Four wild stallions, who are Spanish wild horses, were rescued by Equine Voices Rescue & Sanctuary, Green Valley, Arizona, USA.  The horses were transported from Nogales to Aravaipa Canyon Ranch, north of Mammoth, where they will live their natural life in the wild.  The horses began residing in a subdivision in Green Valley before they were rescued on July 11, 2011, according to sanctuary president and founder, Karen Pomroy.
