Under tight security on the Arizona side of the border, the construction draws much interest from residents of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico. The concrete marker originally designated the border. A young boy on the Mexican side of the border attempts to speak with a U.S. Border Patrol supervisor who is standing in Arizona.
