(I have tried and tried and have not been able to identify these tiny plants. Maybe you know or have better sources. They are interesting). Tiny, delicate, yet hardy, plants grow out of red colored stones in East Sawmill Canyon in April in the foothills of the Santa Rita Mountains, Coronado National Forest, near Greaterville, Arizona, USA.
