Tucsonans, Ochana Otto, 17, (left), and Okello Otto, 29, (right), fled Sudan and came to the United States as refugees. Okello's 17-month-old daughter, Emily, was born in the U.S. Ochana, a Tucson High School student, said, "We are happy to be a part of the Tucson community." Okello works nights and will attend the University of Arizona to study engineering.
