Dee Hill-Zuganelli, (left), and Teena Cross, along with about 1,000 demonstrators, participate in Occupy Tucson at Military Plaza in Armory Park, Tucson, Arizona, USA. The Occupy Tucson organizers created the movement in solidarity with the Occupy Wall Street movement in New York and the Occupy Together movement across the USA. Hill-Zuganelli said, "This is about the 99%. All colors and ages are here. I am glad people are standing up against the economic elite." Coss said, "I am here because I believe in the fact that Wall Street has taken over and we the people who support the government are being left in the dust."..The leaders of this movement are the everyday people participating in a movement with many de-centralized goals, with an over-arching theme of protesting government corruption from corporate money and national income disparity. We use a tool called the "General Assembly" to facilitate open, participatory and horizontal organizing between members of the public. We welcome people from all colors, genders and beliefs to participate in our movement. ..
